In affectionate memory of Elizabeth Tobin who sadly passed away suddenly but very peacefully on 20th January 2024.
A funny, generous woman who meant the world to not only her family and friends but to the many women and children she helped over the decades at Nottingham Central Women's Aid. Liz was passionate about her work as a refuge support worker so in lieu of flowers, you may wish to donate to the charity in her memory - on behalf of Liz a heartfelt ‘Thankyou!’
Liz is survived by her civil partner Phil and daughter Lisa.
All are very welcome to attend Liz’s funeral. A video link for those unable to attend is as follows:

Delighted to hear you disliked Maggie Thatcher and the Tories, sentiments with I heartily agree. I've had no experience of nuns but my Mum and Gran each attended the same school in London and had a hard time, so can agree with that too.

Rip Liz. you had a brilliant sense of humour tons of wit and charm and I know my mum ita really valued your friendship from yourself and Phil.i remember the constant football battles between Man u and Liverpool .
