In loving memory of Patricia Hellyar "Pat" who so sadly passed away on 26th December 2023.

She lit up the room wherever she went and will be so sadly missed by everyone she met. As she said so many times she had the most wonderful, fun life and loved her family and friends dearly.

She is now with 'her John' dancing amongst the stars.

The funeral will be at 1pm on the 26th January 2024 at the Wessex Vale Crematorium (Hedge End) and all are welcome to come and celebrate the life of the most amazing, loving and graceful lady. Following the funeral you are most welcome to join the family at the Farmers Home, Durley, Southampton SO32 2BT for a drink, some food and to share stories of 'our Pat'.

Flowers are welcome and can be sent care of Jonathan Terry (Funeral Directors) or donations can be sent to the Southampton Hospital Charity (Southampton Children's Hospital), a charity that was dear to Pat's heart.

Dear Brum,

Words cannot describe how much we will miss spending time with you, from hearing your silly jokes to teasing you in every photo. We’ll never forget the times we had together making never-ending stories or hiding the frog in the back garden. You brought a smile to all those around you and your kindness was unparalleled. It was an honour to be able to call such an amazing person our Grandma. You always loved telling us how proud you were of us, and we hope to continue making you proud. Thank you for everything.

With all our love,
Tom, Robbie and Jamie

Hearing the way people talk about you reminds me of my dear departed Mum. I did not know you Pat and I think that was my loss. The love that is shown in these messages prove you were a special person who was greatly loved and will be sadly missed by your close family especially.
