Paul Cook, who was known to nearly everybody as “Cookie”, passed away peacefully at home on the 18th of December with his family by his side. He was a beloved husband, dad, brother, uncle and son-in-law, and a cherished friend to many others. He was greatly loved and respected by all who knew him, and will be hugely missed.
A celebration of Cookie’s life will take place on the 17th January at 2:40pm at Taunton Crematorium. There is no strict dress code. Comfort and colours are welcome. Family flowers only please. We respectfully request that babies and small children do not attend the service, but will be very welcome at the wake. All are invited to the Langport Arms afterwards to raise a glass to Cookie and share happy memories.
Everybody is invited to make a donation in Cookie’s memory to the Beacon Centre at Musgrove Hospital, MacMilllan Cancer Support, and/or St Margaret’s Hospice.
