In loving memory of Mary Joyce Rose, who sadly passed away on 10th December 2023, in the company of her family.
Our Mum and Nan will be sorely missed. She was a loving woman who, even in her final years, didn’t shy away from an adventure with her best friend Val. Mary and Val would often visit Gravesham Promenade; eating lemon sorbet and enjoying lots of the community events there, including watching Peter Andre.
We would like to remember Mary with a memorial bench situated at the Prom so friends and family can visit and sit with her in her special place. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
Another memorable place to Mary was The Prince of Orange pub in Gravesend, where she loved to watch the drag acts. That's why we have selected this as the location for her wake. We would love to see you all there, sharing your stories and memories of Mary.

We have so many fond memories of dearest Mary, our neighbour of over 15 years. Such a beautiful soul now flying high with the angels. Rest in eternal peace Mary. We will always remember you as the perfect neighbour and dear friend xx 💔💔

I never wanted to believe the time would come that we’d lose you, and now it has I can’t describe the amount of heartache I feel. I have many fond memories of you nan and I’m so happy our son Ethan got to meet you before you left us. Miss you and love you

My dearest Mary me you and my mum Val had so many fun times going to shows and town etc. You were always with mum when she came to mine and that time we went to Woolwich to a show we were so scared but still laughed. I'm going to miss you so much.

Jessica wasn’t related to Mary but Mary was my Nan vals best friend . Jess called her nanny Mary . We will miss you Mary x
