In loving memory of Joyce Ruth Marchant who sadly passed away on 26th November 2023.

Our Mum
Mum was born on the 25th May 1928 and was 1 of 11 siblings now only one of them is left Uncle Albert who is now 92.
Mum married Dave in 1947 and had 4 children David, Danny, Joan & Keith.
Sadly, Dad passed away in 2002 and David in 2017 both from Cancer.
For her age Mum had good health and lived on her own it’s only been the last 2 years’ time started to take its toll.
And this year she has had several chest infections and was admitted to hospital on 8th November discharged on the 21st and then back in hospital the next day.
The chest infection was back and with her heart problem her health detreated quickly, and Mum passed away peacefully on Sunday 26th November about 8.15am with Keith by her side.
Words cannot describe how wonderful she was to her Children Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren we were all greatly loved by her.
Mum you were the light when it was dark you are no longer in our sight, but you live in our thoughts and Hearts.
Thank you Mum & God Bless.

Found this lovely photo of nanny Joyce. I will always remember her welcoming tap to the face, which was sometimes a harder than expected, followed by a kiss on the cheek. She was a beautiful lady and will be missed. XXXX
