I was fortunate enough to have worked with Simon for a couple of years and he was always such a pleasure to be around. He was calm and patient in stressful times with deadlines looming. He was an incredible teacher and mentor who loved to lift others up to take the credit in an industry full of ambitious egos. He had a fantastic creative instinct that could see potential in a messy doodle or a throw away comment and turn it into magic. He had the same gift with people. He could bring out the best in you with a nudge and a cheeky smile. A lovely mover on the dance floor and through life. You will be much missed my friend.
