Shirley Bell. A name that means so much to a lot of us.

A formidable woman - who carried the weight of the world on her shoulders.

A phenomenal Mother, an amazing friend.

She will be sadly missed. She will live on through her name & the stories we tell.

This obituary is for anyone who would like to leave a message to pay their respects. It could be a memory you have or just some simple words.

Our Mothers Funeral will be held on the 12th December. We respectfully want to make people aware that it is invite only. If you want to contact me - my email is Shane.cv@live.co.uk or find me on Facebook under 'Shane Atb'.

However, we are throwing her a little party down at The New Variety Club (on Russel St) and EVERYONE is welcome to that. 3pm onwards.

In loving memory of our wonderful Mother, Shirley Bell who sadly passed away on 28th November 2023.

All our love - Simone, John & Shane.

She was so good at advice and listening to my ongoing problems with my autistic son, she told me things and gave me strength, she also gave me a silver chain so I could put my mums silver finger print back around my neck as mine had broke, I lost my mum and I was devastated my chain had broken 😞 I’ll never forget her and how she always liked me to make her feet look pretty, it was an honour to have known your mum and your not wrong when you say that you are proud of the woman she was because she was a beautiful soul, I’ll miss her 😘

To our Shirley, my cousin.
It’s hard to believe that you are no longer here. My heart breaks for your family.
I know they will pull out all the stops to give you the best send off on your next journey.
To my cousins John, Shane and Simone. May you find peace in the belief that you will one day be reunited with her. She was such a strong woman with a vibrate personality who loved everything about living life through the joy of her family. I will never forget her and I hope that she gets the welcome she deserves from loved ones that have passed before her. Shine bright beautiful πŸ’“πŸ’“
