Alison Lawley (22 Nov 1959 - 21 Nov 2023)

So sorry to learn of Alison’s passing. I worked with her on a number of things at the Trust and she was a lovely lady.

I am so sorry to hear of Alison’s passing. She was such a great colleague when we worked together in post graduate medical education and was so passionate about her work.

So sorry I could not attend the funeral. I worked with Alison when she temped with us in the PGT team in the School of Medicine and in the Vet School at the University of Nottingham. She was one unique, unforgettable lady who always had a great story to tell. I so enjoyed working alongside her.
She taken away far too soon.

I had great respect for Alison which only increased when I saw the courage and bravery in which she faced her final illness. She was an example to us all, devoted to her family and a good friend.

Miss you Alison. Wish we had not lost touch these past years. We had fun both at work and out of it!

Such a lovely woman and helped me gain lots of experience and gave really good advice whilst working with her at College Street. We had such good times in and out of work. X

Will remember Alison as a courageous woman.

Such a lovely person and so brave and determined to enjoy her life. We will miss her on our Teashop walks.

I remember Alison through our walking friendship group. Alison was kind and caring and always had time for people. I admired her courage and resilience during her illness. Lots of love to the family, sorry I cannot come to the funeral.

Many happy memories of working with Alison at Barclays Bank Nottingham High Street and bumping into her in Woodborough Village. A beautiful girl, always immaculate, bubbly and smiling. Rest easy Alison, you are remembered.

We were so sorry to hear the sad news. Alison was lovely person and we both feel so lucky to have known her. We regret that we will not be able to attend her funeral but we have made a donation in her memory directly to the British Heart Foundation.
