You made the Training Ground at Ipswich a better place to work whenever you were there. Your infectious laugh could be heard all around the canteen and it was a privilege and an honour to know you and work with you.

Carol, you made going to work that much better, everyday was a joy filled with laughter and jokes and tales from your past growing up. From the day I first met you at the stadium to working side by side at the training ground everybody loved you and you always had time for people. Such a good person with a heart of gold and a wicked sense of humour. Going to miss sending you the cats do stupid things videos and South Park videos mmmmmkay.
