In loving memory of Aileen Frances Bastow who sadly passed away on 27th November 2023, aged 74. Much loved mother to Fiona, Claire and Helen. Wonderful granny to Eilidh, Calum, Lucy and Layla. Much missed by all, including her “grandpug”, Bear Bastow. Now reunited with her beloved husband Jim.

Aileen loved bright colours, and we invite you to wear colours to celebrate her life, as mum would have wished.

Family flowers only please, but donations in memory of Aileen for Cancer Research may be made online here if desired.

Aileen was such a wonderful, forever optimistic person, funny and very kind with a very warm heart, even throughout her illness she always thought of others before herself. She always looked out for others and I will always be very grateful for everything she did for my mum Norah. Deepest sympathies to Fiona Claire and Helen
