In loving memory of Peter Cotton, who sadly passed away after a long battle with cancer on the 16th of November 2023. He is survived by his wife, Jennie and children, Zac and Mia.

If you would like to pay your respects, Peter's funeral will be taking place at Thames View Crematorium DA12 3JH at 12pm on the 15th December 2023. After the service, we will be celebrating Peter's life at Little Hermitage ME3 7NU from 1pm. Please confirm your attendance with the button below.

The dress code, at request of the family, is smart but no black. We intend for the funeral to be a celebration of Peter's life, and want the attire to reflect this!

We would love to hear about any memories you may have of Peter. Feel free to post any photos and memories you have below. Peter was well loved by his family and friends and will be dearly missed by all.

Taken away far too young. I will always remember Peter for his warm, friendly smile, how he loved to tease my girls and how he and Jennie welcomed us into their home. Sending Jennie, Zac and Mia our deepest condolences, with love from Heidi, Abbey and Lucy xxx

I cried when I heard the news. It is like Old Mr time has brought us all together again after all these years. Despite not being in touch with Peter since our days in Chichester, for some reason it always felt he was not far away.
I called Peter "my brother" for the reasons that we were both born and brought up abroad (my childhood in India), both were keen runners (although Peter had way more talent than I did.....how can you break 2 minutes for 800m on no training apart from parties?!), and obviously both shared a first name, and maybe even looked similar!

I will treasure my memories, and try and be a better friend. Till we meet again.
