George was the epitome of a true gentleman. I was lucky enough to meet him and Darren on a cruise a few years ago and, along with my friend, Vicky, we became great travel buddies. We have kept in touch since and when I have been in England we’ve managed to catch up. George was always the same with a huge infectious smile and Im sure he will be missed by all who knew him - I know he will remain in my heart. All love and condolences to all his family. ❤️xxx

I first met George (and Darren) on a Baltic cruise. It was meant to be with his wife but unfortunately she passed before the cruise date. Instead he and Darren did the trip.
My friend Judi and I met them both on the ship. It must have been a sad time for George but he was happy,cheerful and great company. We have met up a couple of times since then and I always "thought that I'd see him again" Rarely have I liked anyone so instantly upon meeting. My condolences to the whole family. He will be fondly remembered and very sadly missed.
