On 15th October 2023 passed away peacefully at home, in Botus Fleming, aged 80 years.
Beloved husband of Jenny, dear dad of Zoe and Michael, father-in-law of Arran and Elly. Special grandad to Jack, Annabelle and Jasmine. No formal black. Wear a flower for David if you wish.
A funeral service will be held at St Mary’s Church, Botus Fleming on Friday 3rd November 2023 at 2.00pm. Donations if desired for Marie Curie and/or Cancer Research UK can be made by retiring collection in the box provided or by cheque made payable to the Charity and sent to the funeral director F. D. David, whenever we met, you always had a smile and a greeting for me. It made such a difference to me after we moved to Moditonham. Even when you were in the midst of your cancer treatment, you put on a brave face and a smile. I wish we had had more time to get to know you; only now do I come to realise that we share a birthday!
