On November 1, 2015, peacefully at Dove House Hospice, late of Beechwood Lodge, Hull formerly of Queensbury Jack aged 71 years. Beloved husband of Lynda, dearly loved dad of Jonathan, Rebecca and Matthew, father-in-law of Shelley, Alan and Jo and a dear grandad of Elliot, Leo, Zachary, Alicia, Max, Noah and Sienna.
