In loving memory of Dan Macdonald, always Bert to family and friends from his childhood, who died on 27th August 2023. A funeral service will take place at St. Peter and St. Paul's Church, Brockdish on Friday 6th October 2023 at 11.00am followed by private interment in the Churchyard. No flowers please but, if wished, donations payable to Susan Whymark Funeral Service Ltd, to be divided equally between Diabetes UK and The Jenny Lind Children's Hospital at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital may be sent to Ley House, 11a, London Road, Harleston, IP20 9BH or made through this page.

Hi Daniel, On Saturday we all went to the church & your Dad planted a tree for you & Edward. For everyone to remember you both.

Daniel, our days & nights have changed, you are so really missed.
We miss you & remember all the times we had together & you cooking ours & Nanny Jea's Christmas Dinner when she was 99 . Maybe you will catch up with her on your travels, where ever you are.

Bertie, fire works are going off. But the best displays aren’t happening because you both aren’t here!! No one knows just what you both did but we do, Edd absolutely loved going with you and setting up (even if it did mean in the rain) and a few days to prepare and set up. All the people over the years that enjoyed what you did. No one has that now…. We miss you both so much.. I think of you both everyday and I’m so broken. Love Harriet xx
