The family wish to announce the sad passing of Joanne on 31st August 2023, aged 60 years. A devoted wife to Ken and much loved Mum of Georgia, Charlotte and Barney the dog. A cherished daughter of Chris & Esme, special sister to Susan and loving aunt to Rachel, Caroline, Eleri, Gareth and Geraint. Joanne will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Resting in the care of Lyndsay Ellis @ The Vale Funeral Service, Court Road, Barry until her service at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry on Monday 2nd October at 2:00pm.
Family request that all attending, please wear something purple

I only ever met Joanne once, and it was only be chance as poor Gee had been stuck with me for a whole weekend cos of a family emergency.
Joanne was warm, kind and welcoming and told me I was welcome to stay anytime.
She was a ray of sunshine.
I can tell how much she is loved by her family, and how sorely she’ll be missed.
Gee, I know you’ll make her proud.

I had only met Jo a few times as a college friend of Georgia. She will be greatly missed as she was such a kind person and always loving no matter who you were. xx
