Was away in Portugal last week when I heard this very sad news and still cannot believe it. Known John since the mid 90s when he lived on the Linnets. Can remember him shouting at kids through the window when playing football on the street, so funny. For many years John and I went to Welbeck Welfare for New Years Day party, absolutely fantastic times. While I'm typing I can feel myself shaking. Fantastic man, great fun who had a love for music, gone far too early, God bless.
