In loving memory of Helen Cook who sadly passed away on 1st August 2023
We are shocked and saddened to have lost Helen so young. Those of you that know her well will be aware that she had some mental health issues which she was not acknowledging. She was fiercely independent and would not allow anyone to help her and so the family had no idea that Helen was suffering so badly. Cause of death is unknown but believed to be of natural causes.
We now want to focus on Helen's happier times and hope you can to.
We hope you can join us at the West Suffolk Crematorium on 5th September 11.30 and for refreshments afterwards in their hospitality suite (please do let Sue or Phyllis know that you are coming and whether you will stay for tea, cake and sandwiches).
If you wish to donate something in Helen's memory then please to give to MIND of Bury St Edmunds who help people with Mental challenges. Family flowers only please.
