Peacefully on July 20th aged 81 years, Maureen (née Fishburn). The much-loved wife of the late Harry, cherished mam of Lynn, Joanne, Helen and dear mother -in-law of Paul and Simon, treasured nan of Jonathon, Alex, Rachel, Elliot and Laura. A dear sister, sister-in-law, auntie and great-auntie.

Family and friends please meet on Friday August 11th for a service in Sunderland Crematorium at 12.30pm. Family flowers only, donations in lieu kindly received for Stroke Association. A donation box will be available in the crematorium. Please join the family afterwards in Hetton Big Club for refreshments.

She was a lovely neighbour in the 60's and someone I looked forward to chatting to over the years, I will miss those chats and for me a book has closed. Rest in peace Maureen.
