In loving memory of Mike Biggins who sadly passed away on 27th May 2023

Mikey had a bleed on the brain and died on Saturday 27th May. Life will never be the same, but I will always be immeasurably grateful for the times we've had and will hold him close in my heart. I have been so lucky to have been married to him for 45 years, he was so lovely, funny and kind plus, for me, very sexy too.

The celebration of Mike's life will be informal dress; footy shirt, favourite band t-shirt, a pretty summer frock or anything in between.

Stephen Smith donated £100 in memory of Mike

Will always be loved and always be missed. Who else can I ridicule for a questionable fantasy football captain?

Heyup,

Mike was a colleague, a confident and most importantly a great friend.

He was an amazingly generous man, in every way. He’d always try to be first to the bar, and he was so generous with his time. He was (apart from football, gig bouncers and idiots) a gentle and patient man. I have definitely tested that patience and do regret I never really told him what a huge help he has been to me. I owe Mike (and Mo) so much.

His thoughts on life have had direct influence’s on me and how I think about others, the world and myself.

Mike was a true sports Fan and musically he knowledge was so wide and do deep. When you had a record Mike asked if he could borrow it gave you a glow, knowing how rare that must be.

I have heard and seen bands I never would have without Mike. Been to festivals and found stages that held bands I didn’t even know about.

I’ve even been on cheap £1 flights that turned into £100 disasters but were amazing adventures because Mike was there.

Mike was a very intelligent and knowledgable man. Well read and informed not only on music, but literature, films and Art.

Mike was a Tiger, long may his memory burn bright
