Smith, Amy Marie age 41 sadly passed away peacefully at home with her loved ones by her side. Loving daughter of David and Audrey, loyal sister to Emma and Jamie, sister-in-law to Kevin, a soulmate to her partner Pete and an exceptional friend to many.
A celebration of Amy's life is being held at St Edmunds Chapel, West Suffolk Crematorium on Friday 9 June at 11am. Smart casual dress.
