A Tribute to Helen: I worked together with Helen for 27 years, from 1974 to 2001, in two different jobs during which time I learned to depend on her quiet good humoured skill with all manner of people, her reliability in all facets of her work and above all her highly efficient support with meticulous attention to detail. Helen was very good at what she did and a very good friend to have. Over many years she got to know our small family, my wife, Lesley, and myself and our daughter, Sarah, in a firm bond of close and lasting friendship. We shall all miss her.
