Thinking of you and your family at this time, Rosine and Rich xx
Brian was a truly nice guy, he was intelligent and witty and always there if you needed him. He liked Martial Arts which I can remember Cliff commenting how Brian tried out his new moves a little more intensely than how they had been taught in the class. I have a lot of great memories from when I first met Brian and I am glad to have got to know him, he will be greatly missed.

You were and still are the best big brother any one could wish for. I will always remember your silent caring nature and dry sense of humour and testing your martial arts out on me. I can't image not having you near big brother but be at peace and love you forever ❤️. Xxxxx

I love you loads Uncle Brian x
I have so many memories of uncle Bri that I could list them all day. I can remember him picking me up and holding me above his head in nanny wassell's house, he did it with such speed it was always such a shock! I can remember him downloading a disney fantasia screensaver on his computer and us both watching mickey mouse and the brooms dance across the screen, i must have only been like, 4 or 5. I remember him spending Christmas with us, and him barely getting his car off the drive because it had snowed and was super icy; the . I remember him and Jane bringing Aidan round when he was just a baby, and a few year later, aidan asking to come with me to the shops, auntie Jane said yes and uncle Bri looked panicked.
Mostly, I will remember his intellect and heart, his yearning to learn and his love for sharing that knowledge with others. He was a kindred spirit and I will love and miss him endlessly. I will always have admiration and love for Jane for caring for him so deeply, and making him so happy.

Sorry that we can't be with you for the funeral Jane but our thoughts will be with you and Aidan on the day. Further to Cath's note, it was wonderful to see how happy you and Brian were together when you visited us in Australia all those years ago.
Lots of Love from Susan, Freddie and Mike
I remember soon after Jane and Brian got together and they visited Australia. They were very happy. It takes a lot of courage to travel across the world to meet some of your new partner's family, AND travel with her children!
And we found Brian had a wonderful, wry sense of humour. He was very quick. He would say something and after a few seconds, I'd think "What did he just say??".
