In loving memory of David Thomas Clark, who sadly passed away on 24th February aged 85 years. A much loved husband of Jean for over 60 years, father to son Kevin, daughter Lorraine and dearly loved by all family and friends.
All are welcome to attend the service at Barham Crematorium, Canterbury and after at the Best Western, Dover Marina Hotel for refreshments and to celebrate David's life. The family will be there from around 1pm. There is no dress code, please wear what you feel comfortable in.
Free parking will be available at the De Bradelei Wharf car park (permits can be obtained from the hotel reception). If you could indicate if you intend to be a part of the celebration, we would be grateful. Flower/tributes are welcome, or a donation to the RNLI via the Just Giving link would be greatly appreciated.
David was a rock-steady and loving head of the family. A proud, gentle and dignified man, who enjoyed a quiet life, his food, sudoku and a good joke. David died at Balgowan Nursing home in Hythe, after a long hospital stay as a result of health complications and sepsis. David had the unending love and support of his family throughout his illness and he will live forever in our hearts and memories.
