I have known John as long as Jake and Cameron have been friends, (from nursery school toddlers!). John has always been there for his family, and always had the time for those of us who love his family. He always made the time to show an
interest and express his love and gratitude with keen and sincere interest & care. Such a beautiful and genuine soul, lots of love to his
family & friends, heartfelt thanks from so many who will sincerely miss you Xxx

John was my big brother. I remember him popping his head round my bedroom door when he returned home after seeing his friends and saying 'night night'. He used to give me pocket money and extra when he had more himself. He used to ask me what I'd like for Christmas... and buy it for me! I looked forward to Saturdays/Sundays because he would have a lay-in and I headed for his bedroom to pounce on him and tickle him; he was very ticklish! I missed him when he left home. It's so strange and horrible to know I'll never be able to speak to him in person again; that he isn't here now. Even recently, he gave me advice on changing my car; still my big brother. He was the last person who had known me all my life and the last of my immediate family. I hope Mum, Dad and John are together again because, one day, I'll join them and our family of 4 will be reunited, be as we were before John and I grew up and started our own independent lives. I love you, John and miss you.
