At home, after an illness bravely borne, with family at his side, on February 14th aged 73 years, John (‘Nofty’). The devoted husband of Aud, much-loved dad of Lee, Adam, Danielle, Gareth, Leona, Lyndsey and Steve. A cherished grandad and great-grandad. A dearly loved brother, brother-in-law, uncle and dear friend of many. Never forgotten.
Family and friends please meet on Wednesday March 1st for a service in Sunderland Crematorium at 10:30am. By request from the family, no flowers. Donations in lieu kindly received for The Pheonix Unit and Ward B28 in Sunderland Royal Hospital. A donation box will be available in the crematorium. Please join the family afterwards in The Colliery Inn, Hetton-le-Hole for refreshments.
