Theresa Johnson (Tessa) died peacefully at Hinchingbrooke Hospital on 5 October 2015.
Devoted wife of Ian and much loved mother of David. Tessa will remain in our hearts forever. Funeral service will take place at Cambridge Crematorium (west chapel) on Friday 16 October at 11.15.
