After a short illness bravely borne, on January 26th aged 81 years, Jean (née Alexander). The devoted wife of the late Henry, much-loved mam of David, Paul and mother-in-law of Lynne and Lynne, treasured nana of Darren & Sarah, Michael & Zoe, Paul & Holly, Jessica, Kieran and great-nana of Aaliyah, Alfie, Charlie, Lucy, Penny, Louis and Elle-Jane. A loving sister, sister-in-law, aunt and friend of many. Forever in our hearts.

Family and friends please meet on Thursday February 9th for service in Independent Methodist Church, Easington Lane at 10:15am, interment to follow in Hetton Cemetery. Please join the family afterwards in Hetton Victory Club for refreshments. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu kindly received for The Laurels Care Home Resident Fund and Ward E56, Sunderland Royal Hospital. A donation box will be available at the church.
