Peacefully on January 8th aged 78 years, Frederick (Derick). The very dear husband of Susan, much-loved dad of Lisa, loving grandad of Niamh and Sophie, a dear friend of many. Forever in our hearts.

Family and friends please meet on Monday January 30th for service in Sunderland Crematorium at 11:30am. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu kindly received for the Emergency Care Ward, South Tyneside Hospital. A donation box will be available at the crematorium.
