Suddenly on December 30th aged 70 years, Joan Marie (nee Brass). The dearly loved wife of the late Colin. A much loved mam, mother-in-law, sister, sister-in-law, aunty, cousin, friend to many and a devoted gran. Friends please meet on Wednesday January 18th for a service in the Independent Methodist Church, Easington Lane at 2.15pm. Committal to follow in Durham Crematorium. All are welcome afterwards to Easington Lane WMC for refreshments. Family flowers only, donations in lieu kindly received for the work of St Benedict’s Hospice.
