Peacefully at home surrounded by his wife and daughter on December 9th aged 80 years, John. The devoted husband of Mabel. An adored dad of Christine and Michael. The dearly loved father-in-law of Kevin and a besotted grandad of Liam and Josh. Friends please meet on Wednesday December 21st for a service in the Independent Methodist Church, Easington Lane at 10.30am. Family commital to follow in Sunderland Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in lieu kindly received for the work of a charity to be chosen by the family. A donation box will be available in the church. He lived for those he loved and those he loved will always remember him.
