In loving memory of Kate Irene Matthews who sadly passed away on Wednesday 9th November 2022, aged 39 years.
She will be greatly missed by all her loving family and everyone who knew her.
The funeral service will take place on Thursday 1st December 2022 at 11:00 am in the East Chapel at Medway Crematorium.
Family flowers only requested please.
However, donations, can be made in lieu of flowers and will go to support the following two charities "Cancer Research UK" and the "Stroke Association" and can be made on-line only via this page
