Paul, A true gent and friend to many. It was a pleasure and honour whenever in your company. You were gifted with such a big warm heart and an incredible quick wit and sense of humour; gifts that you would generously share with everyone who had the privilege to know you.

I am thankful for knowing you and for the support and laughs we have shared in happy and testing times.

I will miss our chats about the horses, the L'pool / Man U banter but mostly your unique ability to say just the right or wrong thing that would put a smile on everyone's faces. The world is a brighter place for you having been in it. You will be missed but never forgotten.
Fly high and shine brightly ❤️

I was always hoping this was a nightmare i would wake up from, but today I finally have to accept the reality,
My friend Paul, so humble, so loyal, with a good heart and the quickest wit of anyone I've met.
I will miss our chats about nothing, something and everything. The jokes that only we know, The times that only we remember. Our week in Ibiza 2006 was when I knew I didn't just have a friend, but I had a great, close friend. We clicked straight away and going to work knowing we'd chat and banter made the bad times bearable, especially in recent times.
You are a legend at Peckham DO, we will honour and remember you as such.

My Friend Paul, The honour, the pleasure, the Privilege was mine, love ya Bro..
God Bless, Soar High...♥️🔥

Where do I begin. Over 27 years you were in my life mate & all those years you brought so much fun, laughter, naughtiness, happiness & joy not just to me but all that had the pleasure of knowing you. Those were the best days of our lives & I wouldn’t change it for anything & would give anything to go back & do it all again.
Life is & will never be the same again.
My memories of everything we done together will stay with me forever & it’s been a absolute pleasure to say Paul you were my best mate & I love you to bits ❤️❤️
Say hello to your Dad for me & I’m sure both of you have already started taking the piss out off me 😂

The funniest man I’ve ever met, the amount of times I’d go home and tell my family about the latest joke you’d said or latest nickname you’d given someone. Our office, our lives are a far poorer place without you Mr Neal.

We only knew each other all too briefly but you made me feel welcome at the office from the start. Great sense of humour and even better taste in music. God bless Paul.
