On 22nd October 2022, following a short illness Jo passed away peacefully at her home in Gomersal, aged 56 years, the dearly loved wife of Andrew, much loved mum of Rebecca, Megan and Mason, very dear mother-in-law of Mark, cherished grandma of Madison and Sophie, a beloved sister-in-law and auntie.
Funeral service will take place at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Friday 11th November 2022 at 12.30pm.
Relatives & friends please accept this intimation and meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be placed in the collection box provided or made online for the benefit of Yorkshire Cancer Research and The Kirkwood.

Jo, I am shocked at hearing this sad news, we had so many laughs working together all those years ago in the video stores, I remember your laugh when we decided to make snow angels in the early hours of the morning, your smile and laugh was infectious, god bless you RIP X

What can I say about you Little Sis that would even get anywhere near how much you've meant to everyone who have been lucky enough to know you. Your smile, your caring ways and the love you had to share were second to none. Its been my pleasure to have been your Big Sis for the last 40+ years and I'll miss you greatly. ❤️

My friend of 45 years Jo you were an extra special person loved by many. Each Christmas when I decorate the tree you bought me ( “just because you could!”)I will shed a tear but also manage a smile in memory of our friendship I am privileged to have had with you. Sleep tight my friend I will always love and miss you xx❤️

Jo you were like my second mum. Spent a lot of my high school years at yours with Becca ..good old days.
