Peacefully in St Benedict’s Hospice and surrounded by her family, on September 27th, Jean - devoted wife to the late Fred, a truly wonderful, loving mother to Alan, Karen and mother-in-law to Ian, and much-loved nanna and great- grandmother. Please meet on Tuesday October 11th for service in St Michael & All Angels Parish Church, Houghton-le-Spring at 12:30pm. Committal to follow in Sunderland Crematorium. Family flowers only. I've had such a shock reading this terribly sad news.I send my love to you all at this very sad time, I have many good memories of childhood with Jean and Fred and as an adult. Such a big miss but will live in the memories of many as everyone jean met came away with a burst of love and a smile she was such a nice person rip my love xx
