Peacefully, with loved ones at his side, on September 27th aged 84 years, Roland (Roly). The much-loved husband of the late June, loving dad of Susan, Gillian and father-in-law of David and Derek, cherished grandad of Daniel, Ashleigh, Sean, Jack and great grandad of Imogen, Eliza, Poppy and Fern. A dear brother, uncle, cousin and friend of many. Family and friends please meet for service on Wednesday October 5th in St Michael & All Angels Parish Church, Easington Lane at 2:30pm, committal to follow in Durham Crematorium. All are welcome afterwards for refreshments in Hetton Lyons Cricket Club. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu kindly received for Dairy Lane Care Centre Residents Fund.
