Am so very sad that you are no longer with us, not least because of the connection to my husband and although you were his nephew, you were more like brothers. We've shared lots of times together over the years and I'm going to miss our catch ups on the phone. RIP big man 💙 XX

For My Special Brother-in-Law
My first boss, probably the only one daft enough to employ me, but what a good boss you were, even if we didn't always see eye to eye.
For a while we were on the same path but somehow that path separated and yours went one way mine went the other- why couldn't you stay on mine. Can't believe the courage and bravery you showed through this and how you protected our Karen and the family right to the end. We can't imagine life without you but you'll live on with all our stories, memories and of course Martain and Cara who made you so proud.
Sleep Well Doug
Loved and Remembered Always

Since August 1984 you have been a neighbour,a ROCK but above all else a very special and much loved friend.

You were kind, you were generous, you were funny but above most of all you were DOUG.

Jayne and myself are deeply saddened at your passing and will never ever forget you for being such a big part in our lives.

You are now free of pain and deservedly have a cloud of your very own in the Kingdom of Heaven.

May you Rest Forever In Eternal Peace.

Never to be forgotten and forever in our hearts.
