Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on September 19th aged 85 years, Jack (Guy). The dearly loved husband of Pat. A much loved dad, grandad, great grandad, brother and friend to many. Friends please meet on Thursday October 6th for a service in Sunderland Crematorium at 11.00am. All welcome afterwards to Hetton Lyons Cricket Club for refreshments. Family flowers only, donations in lieu kindly received for the Retired Greyhound Trust and Prostate Cancer Research. A donation box will be provided at the crematorium.
