On Thursday 11th August 2022, died tragically as the result of an accident, aged 46 years.
The much loved Son of Sharman, dearly loved Dad to Kennedy, loved partner of Sarah, and a dear cousin of Glenn, Tracy, David, Craig, Ryan and Louise. Nephew to Lana and Eugene.
The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Lawnswood Crematorium Chapel on Wednesday 5th October at 11.30am prior to cremation. Cortege will leave from 68 Hathaway Drive, Leeds, LS14 2DJ at 10.55 am. Please Join us after at the Beechwood WMC to celebrate the life and our memories of Scott.
Family flowers only please, donations may be made in memory of Scott to Leeds Hospitals Charity for which a collection plate will be available at the service.
