Suddenly at home on August 18th aged 84 years, Eileen (née Purdy). The beloved wife of Eddie. The much-loved mam of Billy, Eddie, Lynn, Eileen and mother-in-law of Christine, Sarah, Paul and John. The cherished nanna of Alison, Philip, Trevor, Liam and their partners, and great-gran of Amy-Leigh and Nathan. Family and friends please meet on Monday September 5th for a service in Independent Methodist Church, Hetton-le-Hole at 1:30pm, committal to follow in Sunderland Crematorium. All are welcome afterwards to Hetton Big Club for refreshments. Family flowers only, donations in lieu kindly received for the work of Cancer Research. A donation box will be available in the church.
