I can't believe it took 3 years for me to learn of the passing of Rico. Everything you did from your albums to collaborations and your work at Doghouse... all will be remembered, albeit by fewer than they should be. I'm glad to be one of those, and the music you leave behind is special.
Still listen to your albums Rico. Remember seeing you support that American band called LIVE late 90’s. I was blown away. Saw you a few times - opening party in along for Violent Silences, after the Manchester gig… You was always a lovely person to chat to and an incredible musician and performer. Still can’t believe you have gone. Your music lives on in our house. Rest in Peace Rico x

I still play both your albums regularly. To me they are both masterpieces and your name will live on through your art.

My cousin Rico,Was a privelige to have as a cousin.He was so kind,generous,always wanted to help people and a fantastic guy.If something came into his mind he would always give it a go.Rico was so loving to all of his family and was a Soul Mate to Rosanne.He had a fantastic mob of great friends as he was a great guy himself.I loved when he was young he had a cheeky face with a beautiful smile.Rico,My young cousin,you will be sorely missed by all.R.I.P Ricardo but you will live on.Always in our thoughts and forever in our hearts xx
