In loving memory of Derek Charles Frost who sadly passed away on 20th July 2022.

Derek was originally from Oxfordshire, moving to Wiltshire as a member of the clergy in the 1980s, first to Broad Hinton, then Seend. Derek was appointed as vicar of Derry Hill, Bremhill and Foxham in 2001 and moved to Calne when he retired. Derek was a key member of the clergy team in Calne and also served at St Peter's Church in Devizes. Derek was a quiet unassuming man with a great faith. He will be greatly missed.

So sorry to hear. Derek christened me and our sons and made us very welcome in his parish. I have very fond memories of his church services, and of my time working alongside him on the PCC and on the school board of governors. Thank you Derek. May you rest in peace. Sam Woolley

Derek was such a good friend to us as a family, since he arrived in Clanfield. Initially knew him as our vicar & then a very good friend. So grateful to him & Ann for coming to mind funeral in 2019, Derek read a poem & shared his memories of my mum. Love, light & peace. Chris x

In Loving Memory of Derek, you were always so kind and patient. I remember our fishing expeditions to the River Ock with a cane, piece of string, safety pin, bread and a jam jar; I wonder why we never caught anything. Happy memories, may you Rest In Peace Derek. My sincere condolences to your family.
