In loving memory of Janice Susan Grahame (nee Potter) who died peacefully at St. Luke’s Hospice, surrounded by family, on Sunday 17th July 2022, aged 54.

Much loved wife of Matt, loving mother of Jess, Cadan and Libby, devoted daughter of Doreen Potter, and a cherished sister, grandmother, aunt and friend.

Highly respected, registered nurse and healthcare manager.
Proud, passionate and supportive hockey player and team captain.
Animal lover and horse rider.
A force of nature.
Gone but never forgotten.

A private burial at Pentiddy Natural Burial Ground, Pensilva, will take place for family only.

No flowers. Donations in lieu if desired, for St. Luke’s Hospice and Cancer Research UK can be made online using the Just Giving links at the top of this page. Alternatively, cheques payable to the charity can be sent to the Funeral Directors, F. D. Hall & Son Ltd, TreOber, Upton Cross, Liskeard PL14 5AX.

Please join us on 5th August at The Old Chapel, Congdon's Shop, PL15 7PN from 2.30pm onwards for a celebration of Jan’s life. All welcome. Please wear bright colours or sports shirts on the day.
