Suddenly passed away on 16th June at Morriston Hospital, Carol of Clase, Swansea.
Loving mother of Leyanne and Ashley,
dear mother-in-law of Christopher,
proud nanna of CJay and his wife Holly, Kourtney and her partner Nathan,
Reece, Mason and Keaton,
much loved sister of Carl, Keith and Andrea.
Carol will be sadly missed by Simon and by all her family and friends.
Funeral Thursday 7th July 12.30pm service at D.G. Attwell's Chapel of Rest, Eaton Road,
Brynhyfryd.
Family flowers only Donations if so desired to Special Care Baby Unit, Singleton Hospital
