In loving memory of Patrick Francis Field who sadly passed away on Friday 20th May 2022, aged 52 years.
He will be deeply missed by all his family and everyone who knew him.
The funeral service will take place at Medway Crematorium in the East Chapel at 3:00 pm on Thursday 16th June 2022.

Condolences to the Field siblings, especially Sarah who we hold close to our hearts. Patrick, fondly known to us, as Paddy, was a lovely soul who kindly looked after an older lady in the community in spite of his own trials.
