Sadly passed away on 19th May at Singleton Hospital, John of Landore.
Loving father of Zoe, Rachel, Joanne and Charlie,
also a much loved father-in-law, bampa, great bampa, brother,
brother-in-law and uncle.
Funeral Monday 13th June 11.30am service at Swansea Crematorium.
Family flowers only Donations if so desired to Maggie's Swansea
