Eastbourne Crematorium
About Us
Eastbourne Crematorium, which has been serving bereaved families in East Sussex since 1960, is located on the site of the Langley Cemetery.
The crematorium has two chapels; the Main Chapel which has space for around 80 mourners, and the smaller, more intimate Family Chapel, with seating for up to 25 guests. Each offers a service time of 30 minutes.
Other facilities include parking bays in the cemetery grounds, with two disabled spaces near the entrance. Awnings cover each chapel's entrance and comfortable waiting rooms are available for families.
The extensive grounds of Eastbourne Crematorium are filled with trees that offer peaceful, tranquil surroundings to remember your loved one. Perfect for a memorial or scattering of ashes, the gardens are open daily to visitors. The crematorium's Remembrance Room is also available to those who wish to return after the funeral and sit in quiet contemplation or view the Book of Remembrance.
