Bradwell Crematorium
About Us
Bradwell Crematorium, also known as Newcastle Crematorium, was opened in 1965, and is set in 12 acres of gardens and grounds, which are open to be viewed by the public every day of the year.The Book of Remembrance Chapel is open every day of the year. You can visit from 9am – 4:30pm on a weekday and 10am – 4pm during weekends and bank holidays.
The Crematorium Office is open Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 4pm, except during bank and public holidays.
The main gates to the crematorium are locked each evening, but the grounds remain open for visiting on foot.
During the winter months (October – March) the gates are open from 9am – 4:30pm, and during the summer months (April – September) from 9am – 7pm.
