Cant recommend hannah rose enough all the team are amazing at what they do. And went above and beyond for my family they treated us as one of there own and made the hardest thing our family has ever experienced in losing our mam and nana a lot easier to deal with from the moment they collected mam from York up until the day of the funeral an outstanding service very touching and beautiful day despite the circumstances they really are incredible at what they do Ian, Laura and Michelle can't thank them enough and would recommend them 1000 times over what an amazing team they are our family will always be thankful for what they did looking after our mam they did us proud we thank them from the bottom of our hearts from her son Bob and rachel

Well I don’t even know where to start to tell you about the wonderful service we received from Hannah Rose,
Ian was absolutely amazing from the first time he walked into my dads living room and introduced himself,He was warm ,friendly and comforting,He listened to everything we wanted for the very sad unexpected passing of our precious mam and we received that and more.we could not have asked for a more beautiful goodbye to our beloved mam, Wife and an amazing friend that she is and she deserved the best.
Ian went out of his way to meet our wishes..What an outstanding man he is a credit to Hannah Rose,A kind,Caring,Understanding,Genuine person and will always have a little place in our hearts for doing what he’s done for my mam and us as a family.
We can’t thank Michelle enough also who is a beautiful person on the inside as well as the outside who as been by our side through this tragic,Awful time in our life’s..
What a phenomenal service you all provide..we can’t thank you all enough and so appreciate what you all have done for us all.

From the start of a very hard time right through to after the funeral, everyone at Hannah Rose have been amazing with our grandad and us 

Full transparency throughout, utmost respect and kindness shown, wouldn’t of wanted anyone else to deal with our grandad

Excellent personal service from Michelle and Ian after the sudden and unexpected death of a very dear friend. Everything was dealt with sensitively and efficiently and they went above and beyond to accommodate the family's wishes and deal with a larger than expected number of guests which necessitated changes of venue at short notice. Thank you for your support and help before and after the funeral.

From day one the level of care, compassion and understanding was amazing. Helping me through the loss of both my parents in a short space of time is something I can never forget.

After shopping about for prices, I decided to use Hannah Rose, I am so happy that I did. From that first call speaking to Michelle, I felt like family and not a number. Michelle made sure every wish I had was covered and on the day of the funeral, Laura and Ian were fantastically professional. Laura's service made me cry but for good reasons. You just get it right. Keep doing what you do best, Bridlington needs the service you provide. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

After calling others, Hannah Rose were the only ones who seemed to have the compassion and reassurance we needed. If I could rate them with 10 stars I would. They will go above and beyond to ensure the funeral is done our way, respectful and professional. Laura the celebrant is the best out there, even made us all laugh as she told the life story her way. Ian and the bearers were spot on, what a lovely funeral director he is. Thank you all, you nailed it.

I am so very glad that I chose Hannah rose funeral services. To take care or my mother after her passing. From the very first phone call. They made us feel like we were the centre of their world. Nothing was too much. Always on hand with answers to our questions. Michelle Laura and Ian, I can’t praise them enough for how they made my mums final journey just simply beautiful. They made the absolute worst days of ours lives, feel warmer and brighter

Hannah Rose made such a difference at the worst time. A kind, caring and professional service that go above and beyond. nothing was too much trouble.
 My husbands funeral was everything that we could have possibly have wanted for him and left us with such a good memory of his final send off.

You will find its always the small independent service providers that are able to more easily understand your needs and be able to adapt thier services to give you what you need, Hannah rose funeral services were always there and went the extra distance to liase with external authorities to make the whole process clear and easy.

Hannah Rose Funeral services. I don’t think there are any words that are special enough to describe what a beautiful service they provided my Late Mam. The attention to detail, the love and care all the staff gave my family was just incredible and I truly can’t thank them enough. They will ever be regarded as a lm extension of our family.
