The whole team at THORNALLEY is friendly, loving and supportive through the whole process of arranging and conducting the funeral- nothing was ever to much trouble and any questions we had they would be more than happy to answer and support, a massive thank you to Lynne who was caring and explained every step and what was happening and even happily Sat with my youngest Son when my oldest and wife went to see the late Malcolm in the chapel of rest. A massive thank you to all the team, and yet again a personal thanks to Lynne and Andrew x

The whole organisation of the funeral was superb. Nothing was too much trouble.Absolutely nothing went wrong. It was completely stress free which, of course, is exactly what is needed. Quite frankly, why would anyone go anywhere else.

There are not enough words to capture this amazing and wonderful team. From the moment I contacted them, I received nothing but thoughtfulness, professionalism, understanding, empathy and care.  The  list is endless. 

Special thanks goes out to Andrew , funeral director, Lynne, our funeral planner/coordinator , who both were outstanding in their fields. Helen Drake for being the most outstanding and wonderful celebrant. I certainly couldn’t have done or got through it without them.   But a special mention to Dean who was the most kindest , considerate , professional, outstanding and simply helpful in everything. He went above and beyond in his role as a team member. Credit to himself and Thornalley.
