The process was managed in a sensitive and positive way,every question answered ,and every request handled quickly and courteously. All of which meant our family could focus on dealing with our loss knowing the funeral was in good hands.

Where do we begin .. from the moment we walked into thornally’s in Dersingham after arranging an appointment we were greeted by a lovely man called Sam , Sam made us feel so incredibly welcome and at ease and listened to us talk about the loss of my brother and my parents son building up a picture of him and what he was like as a person .

Sam guided me /us every  step of the way as to what was going happen next  and we were reassured we could  call at anytime if we / I needed any help or to talk .. 
sam was so very kind respectful dignified right from the very beginning to the very end ..

Lorraine was incredibly supporting too and said to always call them if we needed them if we were unsure of anything or just go talk they were there .. again such a kind respectful lady 

Thornally’s are simply the ‘elite’ providing excellent service in such dignified kind manners
 
When it came to the day we had  such incredible support by Sam who took Such  a professional approach and lead and guided my children and other family members to carry my brother … 

Sam  and  other staff were impeccably dressed and the funeral car simply spotlessly clean … 

Sam and Lorraine such lovely people , who right from the very beginning put their hearts into everything that they said and done …

What has been a devastating time was made easier with the support of Sam who guided us through the process with kindness dignity and empathy. The whole team have been amazing including colleagues in other branches who took phone calls from myself. 
My sister was so cared for and looked beautiful each time we went to see her. She had her makeup jewellery and her twinkles just as she would have wanted. 
There has always been someone to speak to, emails are promptly replied to and queries answered. 
The service was amazing and organising it made easier with support from Thornalley staff. The Celebrant Claire Singh spent time getting to know my sister through us and brought her to life  in her thoughtful words. 
The website used for uploading photos for a photo tribute was easy to use and provided a beautiful pictorial tribute of my sister’s life.
 The order of service was amazing and exactly what we wanted with help from Jason and Ollie. 
This has been very sad distressing and emotional time but there has been lots of support and guidance from Thornalley Staff they helped us make my sister’s journey as smooth dignified and beautiful as it possibly could be so Thankyou.
